Okay, so the ADF/NDB system is not exactly the highest form of aviation navigation technology, but it is the most robust backup system around. Every aviator should know how to use the ADF/NDB. Did you know that you can even "navigate" to a local AM radio station? The ADF/NDB navigation system is usually more difficult for pilots to learn. This simulator is guaranteed to teach you how to competently use the ADF/NDB system, completely on your own, in the comfort of your own PC. Designed for Windows® NT4, 2000 and XP, Vista and Windows-7, with a minimum video resolution of 1024 x 800. The software is quite intuitive, and promotes ease of use and understanding, by dragging the aircraft and the NDB stations (2) on the screen, rotating the aircraft's heading and even locating your position. |
